*If it is a brand new item, we will not accept return/exchange if you open/use it except initial failure. Remember we may refuse to accept return/exchange unless you provide the item package.
It is buyer's responsibility to pay VAT or customs duty and other tax in your country. Our shop will not pay those at all.
